1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Preventia360 platform, including our mobile application, website, and inperson Sahayak services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using these services on behalf of a family member (the "Beneficiary"), you represent that you have the legal authority to bind them to these terms.
2. Description of Services
Preventia360 provides a health-tech ecosystem designed to facilitate care coordination, including:
- Sahayak Services: In-person support for elderly clients, including doorstep vitals collection, medication audits, and hospital accompaniment.r website
- Doc AI: Artificial intelligence tools for trend analysis of health data and medication interaction checking.
- Fit2Fly: Specialized travel health wellness programs and logistics.
- Care Coordination: Tools for long-distance caregivers to monitor health data and communicate with service providers.
3. The Sahayak Program
The "Sahayak" is a facilitator and support provider. While Sahayaks may assist with vitals collection (e.g., blood pressure, glucose monitoring), they are not necessarily licensed medical practitioners unless explicitly stated. Their role is to record data and provide logistical assistance as directed by the user or the Preventia360 platform.
4. Doc AI & Data Accuracy
The Doc AI feature provides trend analysis and interaction alerts based on the data entered by users or Sahayaks. While we strive for accuracy, Preventia360 does not guarantee that the AI insights are errorfree. Users must consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions based on Doc AI summaries.
5. User Responsibilities
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete health and contact information.
- Medication Inventory: Users are responsible for ensuring the medication list provided to the platform is accurate for the Doc AI interaction checker to function correctly.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
